Reusable Stainless Steel Filter Pod for Vertuoline Coffee Makers

Founded in 2010 and located in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, we are a small group focused on offering refillable capsules for espresso lovers. Our mission is to provide as much as we could under the concept of "Save, Green and Fun."

Recaps = Re + capsule, which means continuous circulation, green and reusable, which is the mission we adhere to. We develop, make toolings and produce both stainless steel and plastic capsules ourselves. What makes our products unique is that we create our own capsules, rather than simply offering a reusable version of the original.

The Earth produces hundreds of millions of discarded coffee capsules that are not easily decomposed and recycled every year, so we hope to design alternatives that reduce the amount of waste and avoid the use of plasticized materials. This is why we love what we do - to contribute to a more sustainable future.

Our reusable coffee XL pod is made of #304 stainless steel, for lifetime use and environmentally friendly (the aluminum foil lids are not included). It allows you to free your taste needs with different favorite coffee grinds, and you can use this XL reusable pod to make 14oz coffee, saving you much money instead of buying so many original coffee pods. The original Vertuoline pods are costly for daily use and not good for the environment. Although you can reuse your original pods, the shell is easily damaged and can only be used for several times. That's why we developed the stainless steel filter compatible with the Vertuoline machines, which will help you save money, be good to the environment, and enjoy your favorite coffee.

To get a nice espresso, we recommend using medium or fine grinds generally. Please open a new original Nespresso Vertuoline pod, studying the grind in the pod. Or you can try some LAVAZZA, Illy or some other brands' grinds to see the difference. We have tried the Lavazza and Illy ground coffee, and we found that the cream it produced is very similar to the original pod.

Please try several times to find the difference in espresso produced by using different volumes (usually 8-10g) of the coffee grinds in the pod, to get the best type you want. Do not over-grind the beans too fine, which may result in a diluted espresso. Do not super press the coffee grinds like those who work in coffee shops with a commercial half-manual coffee machine, just slightly press.

The reusable coffee XL pod is compatible with Vertuoline GCA1, Vertuoline GCC1, Delonghi ENV135 series, VertuoPlus BNV420 series and VertuoPlus De'Longhi ENV150 series. It is not compatible with Breville & DeLonghi ENV120WAE Vertuoline Next Maker. Please double-check whether your coffee machine is in the compatible list before buying, and contact us if you are still unsure.
